30% deposit upon booking + balance due 4 weeks before the arrival date.Cancellations are not free of charge.The 30% deposit is non-refundable.The remaining 70% is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date.A security deposit of €2 000 (by check only) will be required for the duration of your stay. This deposit will be canceled after the cleaning of the cottage, and the check will be destroyed.
